Summary: Project Planning and coordinates maintenance activities, schedule of preventive maintenance for equipment, machinery, tools, or buildings, receives, records, and distributes CMMS data, Demand Maintenance work orders, TPM sheets for assembly cells, updates all new Equipment information into Maintenance Files, changes to Demand maintenance work orders and all other maintenance files. Receives calls for down Equipment and sends maintenance personnel to respond to keep Production lines running. Documents spare parts for equipment and vendors in maintenance files to keep up to date.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-Coordinates Demand Maintenance Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance work per schedules to keep all equipment running and Production Schedules on Time.
-Project Planning for new installs of equipment, updating changes to the production lines, working with Maintenance and Value Stream Managers to make timely changes to the Facilities and Production lines.
-Maximizing equipment reliability thru the use of planned maintenance and tracking the success of equipment uptime.
-Ability to work with Contractors, skill maintenance personnel to coordinate timely project schedules while keeping budget expenses in line with the project scope.
-Orders and receives parts required for machine repair, allocates inventory to Work Orders.
-Catalogs and maintains maintenance spare parts inventory.
-Monitors and cycle counts parts crib.
-Maintains CMMS system through data input and monitoring; generates reports
as requested.
-Administers Work Orders TPM sheets, (schedules, releases, and closes).
-Adheres to safe work practices.
-Promotes and supports the maintenance of a safe, accident-free, and healthy work environment.
-Supports and maintains TPM initiatives.
-Performs, supports, and sustains 6S initiatives within the department and throughout the facility.
Qualification Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Formalize training with an approved CMMS System plus three to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience related to the Maintenance and Electronic Field as determined by the Director of Human Resources, Maintenance Manager, or Facilities Manager
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to complete required documentation and write routine reports and correspondence, both had written and by computer. Ability to verbally communicate with operators, supervisors, and management regarding status of work.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain and troubleshoot marketing automation logic for a plethora of data gathering and prospect nurture programs, drip programs and re-engagement programs.

This player/coach role would be expected to manage day-to-day web design and production operations for web, html email, and other digital mediums. The ideal candidate should be able to lead from several different perspectives, including design/branding, stakeholders, vendors, process/technology and find ways to balance them in meeting business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Run lead on web/digital projects from initial scoping through delivery and maintenance

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this Quality Engineer is assuring consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing and problem-solving practices. This person will be responsible for working cross functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Tech Support, Engineering and Quality to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the Lighting Business Unit’s product quality and reliability to drive a positive customer experience. They will be working on our manufacturing plant floor to perform root cause diagnosis to the manufacturing processes and running quality related projects. These projects are tied to reducing scrap, improving quality, and reducing cost.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, administer, and effectively maintain the internal corrective and preventive actions systems.
- Ownership and administration of our Process Change Review Board (PCRB).
- Ownership and administration of our Status Material Process.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop effective countermeasures by utilizing Six Sigma, A3 and/or 8D methodologies.
