RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will work closely with IDEAL's manufacturing engineering and production teams. 

This includes:

• Assist in optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Analyze workflows, resolve technical issues, and implement improvements to support manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and read data to provide insights
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Reverse engineer and develop mechanical components
• Assist in manufacturing DOEs and continuous improvement activities
• Perform functional testing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
• Skilled in the use of computer applications such as SolidWorks
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team as well as independently
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills

The expected hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
