    The National Account Manager is primarily responsible for the development, management and execution of sales to key strategic accounts in specific sales channels.  This position will also manage IDEAL sales growth by enhancing product offerings, doing competitive conversions and increasing IDEAL products in the market place. 



    • Development and execution of account specific programs consistent with corporate objectives. Work with business unit teams in the area of product development and sales deployment strategies
    • Work with both channel accounts and product teams to develop creative account marketing and POP materials.
    • Utilize POS data to more effectively manage the Ideal category mix and the profitability for both Ideal and channel customers.
    • Function as change agent to sales and internal organization.
    • Provide accurate market and industry forecasting.
    • Grow national accounts across IDEAL product lines.
    • Manage revenue growth and profitability of accounts.
    • Support and execute programs.
    • Forecasting and accurate market analysis.



    • Extensive account sales management experience with detailed accomplishments
    • Extensive channel knowledge
    • 5-10 years of channel sales/marketing experience with electrical parts or related products to wholesale and distributor markets.
    • Over quota wholesale or distributor account sales experience
    • Bachelors Degree (Preferably in Marketing / Sales Management)
    • Masters a plus
    • Travel:  50%
    • Work from home office and IDEAL Corporate.
