    The National Sales Manager, Industrial will be responsible for the overall development, management and execution of sales and profitability to the Industrial channel.  This position will manage SK sales growth by enhancing product offerings, doing competitive conversions and increasing SK products in the market place. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Development and execution of account specific programs consistent with corporate objectives. Work with Product Marketing team in product development and sales deployment strategies
    • Utilize POS data to more effectively manage the SK category mix and the profitability for both SK and channel customers
    • Function as change agent to sales and internal organization
    • Provide accurate market and industry forecasting
    • Grow Industrial account business for all SK Product Categories
    • Manage revenue growth and profitability of accounts
    • Support and execute Sales and Marketing programs
    • Forecasting and market analysis

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Marketing / Sales Management)
    • 5-10 years of channel sales/marketing experience with Industrial Accounts or related products to wholesale and distributor markets
    • Extensive account sales management experience with detailed accomplishments
    • Extensive channel knowledge
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Self-motivated with independent work skills
    • Ability to create outstanding customer relationships
    • Ability and desire to respond to and resolve customer problems and complaints
    • Knowledge of / ability to learn key business software applications
    • Travel:  40%
    • Work from home office and SK Corporate.
