The IDEAL family assembly is focused on ensuring that the family can be the best possible partner with the board and management to ensure that the company strategy can be executed. The primary function of the Family Governance Manager is to assist with broadening the knowledge base of the family as it relates to the global organization of IDEAL INDUSTRIES INC., and manage the professional activities that are associated with running a global family business. This role will encompass managing various administrative and logistical components, as well as professional development responsibilities associated with continuous education for the family.
