The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide executive level support to the CEO of IDEAL INDUSTRIES INC. as well as interaction/support for executive leadership. Required duties will include, executive calendar management, coordinating and booking national and international business travel for employees, arranging and coordinating meeting logistics and set-up for both onsite and offsite meetings with the expectation of hundreds of participants, manage reporting and logistics for organizational activities, invoices and PO’s, as well as support for the IDEAL Family Council.
