The Digital Marketing Manager will lead sales growth through all digital channels for SK, including website, email and social media. The manager will deliver a first rate customer experience across SK digital channels through thought leadership, collaboration with other stakeholders, and execution of results focused digital marketing campaigns. As a proactive leader and the voice of digital on the marketing team, the manager develops and executes campaign strategies, including adjustments based on results, to continue SK’s growth in ecommerce and social media.  The manager works with the marketing team and other cross functional groups to leverage digital channels in ways that improve customer brand perception, increase consideration, and drive sales through a customer focused strategy.  The position reports to the SK Director of Marketing.


Social Media

  • Develop and manage SKs overall social media engagement
  • Maintain and create content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other platforms
  • Provide analytical measuring and reporting
  • Provide voice of SK response to followers to ensure positive customer experiences



  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic to SK’s website, including goals and metrics to track effectiveness.
  • Create and publish content and update site as needed
  • Oversee eCommerce sales, providing guidance on analytics and recommendations to improve conversion.
  • Provide recommendations on improving the user experience, design, content, and conversion on SK’s website. Lead and execute project plan of improvements agreed upon.
  • Manager SEO and other analytical measuring tools to optimize site content and traffic



Email Campaigns

  • Develop email marketing strategies across multiple customer groups to help achieve company goals.
  • Set up and manage day-to-day trigger campaigns
  • Develop and report on KPIs, including recommendations to modify strategies based on results



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or the equivalent in experience
  • Must be proficient/native user of digital media (social media, web, ecommerce)
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and strategies.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience working with e-Commerce systems
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in web development
  • Proficient in Adobe Campaign and Magento
  • Experience with Google Adwords / Facebook advertising preferred
  • Must have ability to travel within the US on occasion
  • HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite preferred
