    Responsibilities

    • Sales Coaching, Training, and Team Building
    • Direct and manage a sales staff as well as third party rep-agencies for profitable revenue growth
    • Ability to successfully hire & on-board, as well as develop, a strategic high producing sales staff
    • Track record of P&L understanding and related costs to performance KPI’s
    • Analyze Territories: set sales assignments and adjust territories as needed
    • Lead the decision making process for key regional decisions and set the tone for growth initiatives.
    • Manage major accounts – Regional / National supporting locations to develop major account reviews, and creation of local deployment strategies to support account needs
    • Manage distributors; review new distributor applications and analyze distributor sales performance based on both imperial and self-created market data
    • Manage both sales and budget reporting to fully understand control variables that drive all regional results
    • Direct and manage needed promotional activities: trade shows, seminars, regional and national programs

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably associated with reputable sales organization with documented achievement.
    • The candidate will have a proven leadership background surrounding sales or marketing
    • This position requires a candidate with a demonstrated sense of urgency. A bright, good listener that is assertive and persuasive with Team Building acumen.
    • The candidate must show problem solving skills. He/ she has to be results oriented, high energy and self-motivated.
    • The candidate of choice possesses strong interpersonal skills and confidence.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
